Acting on behalf of Kent County Council, Flude Commercial have let an office property at 47 Middle Street, Brighton to Platform Group Ltd.
The property measuring 4,484 sq ft has been let on a new 10 year lease.
The rent agreed is £73,986 per annum, with a break option and rent review in year 5.
