Chartered surveyors and commercial property agents, Burley Browne, have appointed Mark Fitzpatrick to lead its Business Space, Industrial and Logistics’ team.
Formerly at GVA Bilfinger with a career spanning 25 years, Mark has acted on behalf of some top names including St Modwen, Prologis and Horton’s Estate. He has also gained experience with Chesterton, CBRE and Cecil Cariss.
Burley Browne has offices in both Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield, and is one of the largest independent firms operating in the local marketplace with a key focus on North Birmingham, Staffordshire and the surrounding West Midlands. The company also specialises in offices, retail and leisure.
