Acting on behalf of LCP Properties, Alder King in Exeter has let unit 9B at the St Thomas Neighbourhood Centre to national bakery chain Greggs plc and has unit 9A under offer.
The combined unit, previously occupied by HSBC, has undergone major conversion works to create two smaller units on the ground floor and a first floor apartment. Greggs has taken a new 10 year lease on the 1,050 sq ft (97.54 sq m) unit. The smaller 550 sq ft unit is under offer and should be trading early in 2016.

As with many neighbourhood schemes, we’ve seen very strong interest in the Centre from retailers. Greggs had been keen to take a unit in the scheme for some time and we were able to agree a deal without having to market the property. We are delighted to welcome them to the Centre.”
