Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has strengthened their retail team following two new senior appointments in their Bristol office and a new graduate recruit in their London team.
Richard Saunders and James Woodard bring nearly 30 years’ experience between them in the retail market and both join Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP as Directors.
Richard, has extensive knowledge of the High Street and Shopping Centre markets having acted for a host of household retail names dealing with numerous acquisition and disposal programmes. He also advises institutional landlords providing guidance on letting strategy and asset enhancement opportunities.
James, works in the South West and South Wales retail and leisure markets and is a specialist in the A3/A5 sectors, working on numerous expansion projects for emerging operators, and for landlords on several high profile mixed use developments throughout the region.

In addition to Richard and James, Polly Goodman has joined the London retail team. Polly has recently qualified from University of West of England and spent a year in Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP’s Bristol office as part of her sandwich year, working in the retail and investment teams.
