Ainscough Brothers has secured the letting of a 1.5 acre site at its Junction Eco Park in Swinton.
The mixed use plot has been taken by trucking company, JMA Transport on a five year lease.
Junction Eco Park is a 48 acre site based on the former Chloride site. Located adjacent to junction 16 of the M60 motorway, the park consists of a range of industrial units and open storage sites.
Nolan Redshaw and Davies Harrison are retained agents.
Paul Nolan, director at Nolan Redshaw, said: “Junction Eco Park has attracted another new tenant hot on the heels of Premier Mortars. The remaining sites comprise 6.25 acres and 3.50 acres and we can offer open storage, processing and design and build on areas of 0.5 acres upwards with 24 hour security.”
