National property and construction consultancy Wakemans has been appointed on a £multi-million industrial development in Tamworth.
The project is an extension to the successful Centurion Park development developed by the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen.
Two new buildings have been given planning permission and the first unit is a 52,816 sq. ft. industrial unit which will be developed with associated roadworks for access including a new bridge. A second 153,007 sq. ft. unit is planned as a further development.
Wakemans is providing, employer’s agent, quantity surveying and CDM consultant services for the project that is due to start on site this month.
