Leading commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the appointment of senior surveyor Charlotte Fullard to its growing office agency team.
Charlotte joins LSH from Worcester-based chartered surveyors Halls (Midlands) LLP, where she acted in the sale and letting of properties across the office, industrial and retail sectors, in addition to providing search and acquisition services for commercial property occupiers
In her new role with LSH she will work alongside office agency director Alex Tross on the acquisition and disposal of offices across the West Midlands.
Alex said: “We’re delighted that Charlotte has joined us. She has a wealth of experience leading on a number of high profile sales and acquisitions. With LSH’s office agency going through a period of growth on the back of a strong property market in Birmingham and further afield, it is vital we have the best possible experience in our team. I have no doubt that Charlotte will be a key part of LSH going forward.”
Charlotte said: “I’ve gained invaluable experience in my time at Halls and thoroughly enjoyed it too. But after 14 years working in Worcestershire, I’m delighted to finally be taking the plunge in to the Birmingham market. I’m looking forward to being part of the team at LSH and to working alongside Alex in what promises to be a very exciting time in the office market.”
At Halls, Charlotte acted on behalf of a number of high profile clients including The Crown Estate, Worcestershire County Council and FTSE100 investment trust Land Securities. Prior to Halls, Charlotte worked at Andrew Grant LLP, also in Worcester.
Rob Champion, partner at Halls LLP, said: “I’ve worked closely with Charlotte since 2010 and she’s been a key part of the Halls’ team both professionally and personally in that time. We’re sorry to see her go but wish her every success in her new role with LSH.”
