Following a recent programme of works Castlebridge has re-positioned itself to provide high quality city centre offices. The buildings provide practical and stylish accommodation ranging from 500 – 50,000 sq ft, although remaining space is letting quickly.
Gary Carver, Director in the Savills Cardiff office commented on the letting saying: We were encouraged by the amount of interest we had for this suite, which we consider is down to the landlord’s willingness to speculatively refurbish the offices and the common parts to provide high quality accommodation and amenities in Castlebridge.

It was already well located close to the shopping centres and railway station and opposite Bute Park. The investment by the landlord to provide amenities such as the new shower and changing facilities, along with providing high quality offices has certainly been worthwhile. This is the third letting in as many months at a rental rate back to pre-recession levels, showing that tenants are again willing to invest in securing the right offices for their employees and business.
