An industrial/warehouse unit on a popular Salisbury trading estate has been bought as an investment property.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the sale of Unit 36, Glenmore Business Park on the Churchfields Industrial Estate, to a private investor for the freehold quoting price of £87,500.
Myddelton & Major Senior Surveyor Rachael Ward said: “The unit is let to well-established audio-visual equipment supplier Midas 2000 Ltd on a five-year lease from May 2012.
“There was keen interest in the unit as the Churchfields Trading Estate is conveniently situated close to Salisbury city centre and the mainline railway station as well as being the city’s most established commercial employment area.
“Nearby trade/retail occupiers include Plumb Center, Magnet, Speedy Tool Hire, Travis Perkins and JT Sydenhams Building Supplies, as well as motor trade dealerships.”
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2014 for the third year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
