Lumina Real Estate receives planning for Leatherhead office scheme

Lumina Real Estate Capital (LREC) and Berwick Hill Properties have received planning permission for a complete refurbishment and extension of office space at One Springfield Drive in Leatherhead.

The building is being stripped back to frame and will provide 39,500 sq ft of office accommodation and a new feature reception. Typical floor plates are 11,500 sq ft and there are 132 car parking spaces, providing an attractive ratio of 1:295.

Located just one mile from the M25, One Springfield Drive sits in a prominent position within Leatherhead Business Park. LREC will start work shortly with completion due for Q4 2016.

The scheme is one of a number of new LREC initiatives aimed at taking advantage of the current lack of supply and increasing demand within the M25 area.
