Trebor Developments, West Midlands Commercial Developer of the Year, and funding partner Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust have secured planning consent for their 113,500 sq ft industrial/logistics development at Redhill Business Park, M6 Junction 14, Stafford, which will be developed on a speculative basis commencing in 2016.
The building has been designed to high, yet flexible, standards being 12m internal height and flexibility to install double height office accommodation, 45m yards are provided with the provision for a large number of loading doors.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner at Trebor, commented “This is a significant step forward in delivering this major single unit industrial premises. Triton will be available for occupation in 2016 and we have already received a number of enquiries. The scheme is being developed specifically to provide much needed, quality, industrial accommodation in the Staffordshire area given the close links to Junction 14 of the M6.”
The development is being marketed by joint agents JLL (Carl Durrant) and NRS (Robert Rae).
