Property consultancy Innes England has recently strengthened its Nottingham team, with Laura Jardine qualifying as a chartered surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Sheffield Hallam graduate Laura has achieved a pass in the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), which requires a minimum of two years’ structured training, including practical experience, leading to full membership of the RICS.
This is the latest success for Innes England’s RICS accredited training programme, which runs across the firm’s three regional offices in Nottingham, Leicester and Derby.
Laura said: “I am delighted to have passed my APC, a qualification which reflects my commitment to surveying and my hard work over the past two years. This achievement is also something which is recognised by the business community, my clients and colleagues – and I am proud to now be a qualified chartered surveyor.
“Alongside my commitment to studying, Innes England’s in-house APC training sessions also helped me to achieve my aim of qualifying as a chartered surveyor. The business’s dedication to my training has been fantastic and I’ve received so much support and practical experience from Innes England’s professional, agency and management departments.”
Tim Garratt, managing director at Innes England, said: “Qualifying as a chartered is a fantastic achievement, and this marks an important milestone in Laura’s career. We are certain that Laura will continue to be a key part of our Nottingham team, and we are delighted she has been part of the APC programme.
“Our APC training programme is an important part of our business and we are proud to support our trainees throughout the learning process, they acquire a great deal of confidence and experience, which prepares them well for when they qualify.”
