A graduate surveyor at Harris Lamb has achieved her Chartered Surveyor status after two years with the business.
Sara Elwell joined the company in June 2013, bringing with her a first class degree in Real Estate Management and Business from Liverpool John Moores University, and was appointed to the award-winning Agency team.
The business supported Sara through her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), culminating in her being awarded her MRICS status, which allows her to practice as a Chartered Surveyor.
Sara said: “Ever since joining Harris Lamb, the directors have been really supportive and helped me to gain experience in various departments to pass the APC. The business has a strong reputation for its commitment to investing in and developing its team, and Neil Harris and Charles D’Auncey dedicated a lot of time to helping me meet the required standards to move onto the next stage of my career.”
Charles added: “I’m delighted Sara has passed after working very hard over the last two years, to add commercial knowledge to her degree. She is a real asset to our team and the firm and I am sure her career will now go from strength to strength.
“We have a history of supporting and developing our employees to help them achieve their MRICS status, and we’re incredibly proud that Sara is our latest success story. She has produced excellent work to date and we’re confident that she will continue to thrive as she takes a more central role within the department.”
