Barker Storey Matthews Peterborough office has assisted Camrascan Security in acquiring, subdividing and part letting their newly constructed premises on Osprey Way on the Eagle Business Park in Yaxley.
Camrascan Security has constructed a purpose built office, workshop and warehouse on the Eagle Business Park which extends to 5,000 sq ft. Camrascan Security formerly leased a property on the Minerva Business Park, however, due to ever expanding business needs, it was clear that a new purpose built unit was required in order to continue providing improved services to their clients.
Camrascan Security specialises in Video Surveillance, Access Control and Intruder Alarm Systems for commercial clients and have offices situated in Peterborough and Cambourne.
