The largest office deal this year in Liverpool’s Central Business District has completed with a 19,403 sq ft letting to Carpenters Limited on a 6 year term at No1 Tithebarn. CBRE Liverpool and Worthington Owen are joint agents on No1 Tithebarn and Carpenters Limited was unrepresented.
Carpenters Limited is a legal firm with a head office in Birkenhead. This office will be the firm’s first Liverpool City Centre office. The deal follows the recent announcement that Speed Medical, one of the UK’s largest medical reporting firms, has leased the 7,677 sq ft top floor office suite.
No1 Tithebarn is a 115,000 sq ft, 8 storey office building with ground floor retail units located at the junction of Old Hall Street and Tithebarn Street in Liverpool’s Central Business District. The property sits directly above Moorfields Station and is owned by Jolivet Group. It is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme to create a variety of suites throughout the building.
