Oblix Capital, the short term bridging and development finance provider, has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Steve Woods, who joins as Regional Development Manager.
Steve will spearhead the regional team, focusing on building new and managing existing key intermediary relationships in the Midlands and the North. His appointment comes at a time of rapid growth for Oblix Capital, and reflects the company’s focus on markets outside of the South East.
Steve joins Oblix Capital from Bridgebank Capital where he was Head of Sales. He brings with him over 25 years’ experience in business development, having spent the majority of his career at Natwest, where he was crowned Best Area Manager following an uplift in branch sales as well as an improvements in customer service and staff development.
