Property consultants Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook have let the 3,353 sq ft first floor of Linden House at Almondsbury Business Centre in North Bristol to Ultimate Finance Group, one of the UK’s largest independent providers of cash flow solutions for SMEs.
Launched in Bristol in 2002, Ultimate Finance has since grown rapidly and now employs over 170 staff across the Group, serving over 1,600 clients from its Bristol office at Westpoint Court in Bradley Stoke and its regional offices in Manchester, Leeds, Uckfield, Lutterworth and Glasgow.
With impressive ongoing client growth and plans to recruit new staff, Ultimate Finance has freed up floorspace within its existing office by relocating its HR, marketing, new business and accounts functions to nearby Linden House.
Tom Dugay, senior surveyor in Alder King’s office agency team, said: “Linden House was recently refurbished to a very high standard to provide some of the best quality accommodation in the area. The calibre of the space and its close proximity to its head office – less than a five minute walk away – made Linden House the ideal choice for the Group. The 3,203 sq ft ground floor suite remains available.”
Natalie Bennett, Senior Associate Director of Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, added “Almondsbury Business Centre has proved very popular with very good levels of interest for the remaining vacant space reflecting the quality of the accommodation, its good location and the added facility of the Happy Days Nurseries helping to establish the Park as an attractive working environment.”
Almondsbury Business Centre also benefits from a range of local amenities including the Hilton Hotel, Tesco Express, a pub and restaurants and a new children’s nursery onsite.
There are major occupiers from all business sectors based at Almondsbury Business Centre and the immediate area including AXA, RAC, TSB, Capita and NHS Direct.
Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook acted for Fairfax Shelf 1 LLP; Ultimate Finance Group was unrepresented.
