Gemma has a wealth of experience with 17 years’ in the retail and leisure commercial property market, specialising in leasing, asset management, property management and development. Having spent the last 6 years working as an Associate Director for Majid Al Futtaim Properties based in Dubai, where she was responsible for driving the leasing and asset management on various new development and operational projects all over the Middle East.
