DTZ, part of UGL Services, has further strengthened its Bristol office with the appointment of three new members of staff.
Peter Falding joins as Associate Director in the landlord and tenant team, James Blundell joins as Senior Surveyor in the development consulting team, whilst James Cinicola joins as Graduate Surveyor.
Peter Falding joins from the Bristol office of Savills where he spent 11 years handling lease advisory and asset enhancement matters for landlords and tenants primarily throughout the south west and south Wales. He will be leading DTZ’s three-strong corporate landlord and tenant team in Bristol, dealing with properties in the south of England for a variety of clients including Barclays Bank, Pizza Hut, KFC and the Home Office.
James Blundell will be providing development consultancy services including, financial appraisals, marketing advice, disposals and acquisitions and negotiating development agreements with developers to DTZ’s public sector clients. He joins from Drivers Jonas Deloitte, where he gained five years experience in the investment valuation, landlord and tenant and strategic consulting teams.
James Cinicola also joins the landlord and tenant team with responsibility for lease renewals and rent reviews on behalf of Barclays, Pizza Hut, KFC and the Home Office and will also be studying towards his APC. He joins from the Bristol office of Rapleys LLP.
