Humberts have recently let 105a High Street, Honiton which is located above their own residential sales office within the town. The first and second floor office suite has its own kitchen and toilet facilities and was self-contained with its own entrance off the High Street. The property had a net internal area of 46.5 sq m (500 sq ft) and was available to rent at £3,950 per annum.

Humberts have also recently sold the freehold interest in 18 Kingston Road, Taunton which was occupied by Barry the Baker and was for sale at a guide price of £59,950. The property provided a prominent lock-up shop premises on the edge of Taunton town centre which faced onto the busy road junction of the A358 and A3038 at the top of Kingston Road near to the railway station. The retail unit had an area of approximately 27.17 sq m (292 sq ft) plus stores, WC facilities and rear courtyard.
Stephen Richards comments “we received interest from a variety of owner occupiers from florist, office users through to an undertaker. Eventually the property was sold to Glenmore Bakery who are an established bakery in the West Somerset area”.
