The Bristol office of leading property advisers CBRE has strengthened its team with the appointment of Jason Herbert as Director of Retail for the South West and South Wales.
Jason brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local market with him, having previously been based at Hartnell Taylor Cook in Bristol for 13 years.
In his role at CBRE, Jason will focus on High Street Agency & Development, providing disposal, acquisition and strategic asset management advice to clients including M&G, CBRE Global Investors, Schroders, Morrisons, New Look, Co-operative Estates and Marks & Spencer.
Jason commented: “There has been resurgence in the occupier market in Bristol in recent months and we’ve also witnessed a new cycle of speculative development, both of which point towards a significant number of opportunities in the region.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with occupiers, developers and landlords as well as collaborating with the other agency teams in the Bristol office to build on existing relationships and offer both existing and prospective clients a full-service offering.”
