National law firm Geldards has promoted experienced partner Susanne Bradley as the new head of its Cardiff Real Estate team.
Having been with Geldards since 1996, and a partner at the firm since 2002, Susanne is highly regarded in the commercial real estate sector and is described by clients in the 2015 edition of Chambers & Partners as ‘one of the most dedicated, committed people you’ll ever come across’.
Susanne advises a wide client base of both public and private sector organisations on all aspects of property work, with a particular specialism in major development projects. She has led the legal advice on a number of major projects including the Millennium Stadium Leisure Complex; the Cardiff Gate International Business Park and major town centre redevelopment schemes across Wales and England.
She will now lead a Cardiff-based team that encompasses a number of specialist divisions, offering advice to clients on planning and environmental issues, construction and engineering, funding, property litigation, tax and joint ventures.
Susanne explained: “It’s a real honour to be given the opportunity to lead this dedicated and talented team of lawyers with its broad and diverse range of expertise. I look forward to leading the continued development of Geldards’ real estate offering across Wales and the UK.”
Her appointment as head of Geldards’ nationally recognised Real Estate team follows Rowland Davies’ decision to step down from management. Rowland will continue to play a key role in Geldards’ firm-wide real estate team.
Susanne continued: “Geldards’ Real Estate team will continue to evolve alongside the UK’s ever-changing property market by providing innovative and cost effective legal solutions, whilst delivering the highest levels of client service.”
