The property and asset management team at CBRE in Bristol is off to a good start to the year as it has already secured a host of new instructions.
The team has been appointed to manage 18 office and retail units across the region for four different pension funds in locations that include Swindon, Bristol, Bath and Taunton, Stow-on-the Wold, Torquay, Wells and Hereford. The properties include Kings Court, a multi-let office building in the heart of Bath city centre comprising a mix of retail, office and residential accommodation; a number of high street retail units in Taunton and a mix of industrial units and offices in Bristol.
The contracts require the team to manage the day to day operational elements of the buildings, supporting clients on rent renewals and reviews and advising on strategies to add value to the property portfolios.
Mike Ware who heads up the property and asset management team in Bristol said: “These are important instructions for us as they are spread across our region. They include a number of high profile office and retail units that will allow us to use our specialist property and asset management skills to maximum effect.”
