Cushman & Wakefield has secured two new lettings totalling 11,100 sq ft at Parkside Industrial Estate.
Located just off Dewsbury Road in Leeds, momentum at Parkside Industrial Estate has continued over the past couple of months with two new tenants arriving at the estate.
Regal Amusement Machine Sales Limited has taken occupation of a 5,900 sq ft unit on a new 5 year lease and another undisclosed tenant has taken a 5,200 sq ft unit on the estate.
Regal is a German owned business that sells and maintains fruit machines for both national and regional pub companies and brewers. It has recently moved to the estate from its existing premises on Springwell Road in Holbeck.
Scott Morrison, Senior Surveyor in the Industrial and Logistics team at Cushman & Wakefield comments: “It is great to attract two established occupiers to Parkside Industrial Estate as the estate continues to welcome new occupiers looking for well specified space in such a competitive market. Both occupiers were impressed with the standard of accommodation at Parkside as it offers excellent eaves height and well specified office accommodation.”
Richard Henley of Gent Visick adds: “This continued momentum with new tenants moving to the estate is testament to the exciting business environment which has been created on this well located Industrial Estate”
CBRE Global Investors was advised by joint agents Cushman & Wakefield and Gent Visick on the lettings.
