LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”), the global real estate investment manager, has agreed three new lettings of almost 8,500 square feet of space at two office buildings in Leeds city centre.
At Phoenix House, a recently refurbished seven-storey building on South Parade, Travelers Insurance has agreed to take 2,500 square feet on the sixth floor and 2,900 square feet on the fourth floor has been let to ISS Facilities Management.
At the nearby Gallery House, on The Headrow, UK charity The Challenge has taken 3,000 square feet on the sixth floor.
The trio of lettings leaves only 5,000 square feet of vacant space at Phoenix House and just 3,000 square feet at Gallery House.
Andrew Miller, asset manager, LaSalle Investment Management, said: “These deals show that there is on-going demand for competitively priced, good quality space in this area of the city. We are hopeful of building on this success with further lettings in the near future.”
LaSalle was advised by Leeds-based property agents JLL and CBRE.
