Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 1113 Christchurch Road, Boscombe East to Mr Angus Read who will open the retail premises as a gift shop.
The premises comprise a sales area of 567 sq ft together with 171 sq ft of ancillary storage. The premises were let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 6 years.
