Acting on behalf of Dominvs Group, CBRE’s Manchester Industrial Agency team has leased a total 110,000 sq ft over two industrial units at Walker Park in Blackburn.
Heathside has signed a 10 year lease on the 48,613 sq ft Unit 6, following on from Vision Services Group leasing the 61,387 sq ft Unit 5 on a 10 year term.
Walker Park is an established industrial park in Blackburn, located just off Junction 5 of the M65 motorway and within ten minutes’ drive of the M6 and M61. Existing occupiers include Sally Salon Services, M.D.A, Pentland, Castle and ASD.
Units 5 and Unit 6 are modern production and distribution units that total 110,000 sq ft and include 8,000 sq ft of office accommodation, 65 car parking spaces and generous trailer parking.
