Property consultancy Alder King has made a new appointment in its Bristol office, recruiting Tom Chapple as a junior building surveyor.
Tom, who graduated recently from Nottingham Trent University with an MSc in Building Surveying, will help serve Alder King’s growing portfolio of building consultancy clients.
Tom’s particular interest in sustainability and energy efficiency will bring experience in an important new market area.
Paul Montague, lead partner in Alder King’s building consultancy team, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Tom to the team. We’ve seen a significant increase in the volume of work within our discipline, particularly in construction project work. Tom will make a valuable contribution by supporting the team in delivering these projects.”
Alder King’s building consultancy team is now 12 strong, with dedicated teams based in the company’s Bristol, Gloucester, Exeter and Cardiff offices.
