The high demand for freehold office space in central Brighton enabled the firm to achieve the full asking price of £625,000 for the vendor, with over half dozen offers coming for the property within the first week of the property being on the open market.
With only one buyer securing the property Parsons Son & Basley still have a waiting list for similar buildings in central Brighton as the demand for freehold property shows no sign of decline.
