Evolve Estates has acquired the freehold interest in Rampart Court Retail Park in Telford, TF3 4AS for £3.25 million.
The property comprises two modern retail warehouse units totalling 24,120 sq ft (2,241 sq m), with 90 car parking spaces. Unit 1, provides 4,120 sq ft (323 sq m) and is currently vacant. Unit 2, comprising 20,000 sq ft (1,858 sq m) is let to Staples UK on a 25-year lease.
