Work has started on a £1 million refurbishment to upgrade a 20,050 sq ft office building in Leeds city centre.
34 Lisbon Street is located in the heart of the West End business district and is owned by V+ UK, a fund managed by Valad Europe who is comprehensively refurbishing the entire building. The upgraded space will have comfort cooling, new raised floors, suspended ceilings with LED lighting along with a new imposing entrance foyer and canopy.
Office fit-out specialists Absolute Contract Interiors is carrying out the works which is being project managed by Crowther Turnbull Booth. The refurbishment is scheduled to complete in January 2016.
