Award winning property developer, IM Properties, has recruited Rebecca Maughan to its project management team.
Rebecca joins IM Properties as a Project Manager, having developed significant experience working for DBK and Turner & Townsend.
Rebecca has worked on a variety of award-winning schemes including Redrow Homes’ One Commercial Street in London, the Grade II Listed College Court at the University of Leicester, and University of Oxford.
Rebecca said: “I couldn’t pass on the opportunity to work for one of the leading developers in the UK. I am very much looking forward to supporting the team to continue to deliver high quality developments and relish the challenges and opportunities that these projects will bring.”
Rebecca will work alongside Majella Lynch, Daniel Butler and team head, Jason Jasper in the delivery of some of IM Properties’ most prominent projects, including Blythe Valley Business Park and Mell Square shopping centre in Solihull.
