Global sports nutrition provider Ultimate Sports Nutrition (USN) – which works with top sports teams and organisations including England Rugby League, Birmingham City Football Club and Welsh Cycling – has relocated its British headquarters to St. Modwen’s £1bn new Longbridge community.
Established in 1999, USN is a market leader in sports nutrition and body building supplements, which provide expert advice to fitness professionals and enthusiasts across a variety of disciplines, sports and abilities.
The fast growing company has taken 6,426 sq ft on the top floor of Seven House office building in the heart of the evolving £100 million Longbridge Town Centre.
The high quality office accommodation at St. Modwen’s Seven House reflects the profile and professional requirements of USN and it is currently underway with a fit out designed to impress employees, clients and visitors alike.
Transport links, Austin Park and a wide range of shops and restaurants including Sainsbury’s, Costa Coffee and the vast new M&S – which opens in November – are all just a stone’s throw away.
Mike Murray, Senior Development Surveyor at Longbridge, said: “This landmark letting – of Seven House to a worldwide brand – is evidence of Longbridge’s reputation as a sought after business address, which is attractive to a whole range of industries.
“We’re seeing an exciting business community evolving at Longbridge. USN is a client of Longbridge-based company Offsite Servers – businesses are choosing to base themselves here to be part of this community, whether as a result of direct relationships such as this, or for the networking benefits of being part of an entrepreneurial environment.”
Jason Oakley, Managing Director, USN said: “We are excited to join the growing business community at Longbridge and to have outstanding transport connections and amenities on our doorstep. Our new space at Seven House reflects our ambitions as a global firm to continue our trajectory of growth.”
