Cushman & Wakefield has announced that work has started on a £1.5 million refurbishment of 120 Wellington Street which is owned by a retained discretionary fund of asset managers, London & Scottish Investments.
The works will deliver 18,667 sq ft of Grade A offices on 4 floors of 6,500 sq ft. The work on this high profile building is scheduled to be completed in March 2016.
The prominent office building located on the northern side of Wellington Street has a gateway location to the popular West End of Leeds city centre and is opposite the Crowne Plaza hotel. Nearby office occupiers include HSBC, PWC, Lloyds, Ward Hadaway and Irwin Mitchell.
