Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management, CBRE’s Manchester Industrial Agency team has leased a 22,183 sq ft unit at Brooke Parke in Wilmslow, Cheshire to ELP Wilmslow Limited on a 10 year lease at £10.14 per sq ft.
Unit 4 is located in Brooke Park, one of the premier industrial estates in South Manchester and adjacent to the retail parks at Stanley Green and Handforth Dean. The detached modern unit is fully refurbished and includes a large car park with 50 spaces.
ELP Wilmslow Limited offer premier indoor trampoline facilities, including a full range of trampoline based activities, for all ages and abilities. Existing operations provide vast areas of trampolines with air bags, foam pits and climbing activities in addition to a cafe and party room to cater for corporate events, parties, schools, colleges and universities.
The new facility at Brooke Park is believed to be ELP Wilmslow Limited’s flagship centre.
