Euro Car Parts (ECP), the UK’s number one distributor of car parts, has opened a new London branch in Acton NW10, employing 30 new members of staff to further strengthen its delivery service across West London.
ECP has taken the 7,478 sq ft (695 sq m), three storey unit – comprising warehouse space with a trade counter – on a 10-year lease from CBRE Global Investors.
The new branch, which opened on Monday 12th October will provide an estimated 550 deliveries per day to garages and workshops within a 3-4 miles radius. Using seven delivery vans and 12 agency bikes, the branch will service the areas of Acton, Park Royal, Ealing, Kensington, Shepherd’s Bush, Chiswick, and Harlesden. Housing over 24,000 product lines, the large majority of car and light commercial vehicle parts sold by ECP are held in stock, on site.
Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia, Chairman of ECP, comments: “This is one of our new look retail stores providing a full click and collect service, in a purpose-built branch in a prime location.
“As well as the trade counter service, we will of course continue to provide speedy deliveries to all our customers at very competitive prices.”
ECP is continuing its rapid expansion programme, investing considerably in new branches in strategic national and local locations to provide ever faster delivery times for its customers.
BT Consultants advised ECP on the letting.
