The Derby office HQ of commercial property advisors Salloway Property Consultants has bolstered its senior ranks through the promotion of Chris Keogh to Associate.
Since joining the company nearly 3 years ago Chris, 35, has forged strong links with established clients and generated new business through his wide ranging knowledge and personable style.
With a background in commercial development and building assessment, Chris has brought ‘added value’ to the company’s Professional and Agency Services and it has been in the agency market were Chris has seen recent successes, notably the letting of Unit 1 Parker Centre to Easiyo Yoghurts and the sale of Unit 19 Sawley Park to Whitehouse Construction.
Managing Director, Stephen Salloway explained the decision:

It is important to reward consistent strong performance and Chris’ new designation as Associate is a reflection of the positive reputation he is building with our clients and the market generally. It’s well deserved”.

Born in Derby, Chris has extensive local knowledge. Commenting on his advancement he highlighted:
