Miller Commercial, the leading firm of Chartered Surveyors in the South West, has appointed Thomas Smith as the new Head of Commercial Agency.
Thomas has joined Miller Commercial from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was a director in their City Office Agency team.
During his 9 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Thomas specialised in advising funds, developers and private landlords on their property portfolios as well as working closely with numerous blue chip and corporate occupiers advising them on their lease liabilities and their office relocations throughout Central London.
Thomas will be bringing his considerable experience of dealing with the large institutions and funds to his new role by unlocking opportunities for the firm as Miller Commercial continue to expand their presence in the South West.
