Sports Direct, the UK’s largest sports retailer, has added to its portfolio of over 400 stores with the acquisition of a further two in Retford and Market Drayton.
CBRE acquired both units on behalf of Sports Direct, both sites former Pound Stretchers.
James Keany, Head of National Agency at CBRE UK said: “Sports Direct’s expansion to these new prime premises in Nottinghamshire and Shropshire is evidence of its strong retail performance across the country and its continued appetite to acquire and open new stores.”
