FHP Property consultants have recently let Unit 12 of the Derby Trading Estate to PK Garage, securing 96% occupancy for the Estate, having been instructed to market the site with joint agents.
Derby Trading Estate comprises 26 light industrial units ranging from 1,700 sq ft to 2,523 sq ft and is located in a prominent position on Stores Road which benefits from direct access to the A52 dual carriageway, leading to Junction 25 of the M1.
PK Garage, start up car repair business, have signed a new three year deal on 1,718 sq ft.
