The property was for sale at a guide price of £215,000 for this centrally located purpose built office block. The property was an end of terrace three storey building extending to 181.91 sq m (1,957 sq ft). To the rear of the building was a secure car park with parking for two vehicles. Ground and second floor office suites were tenanted.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Commercial Department for Humberts comments “we received strong interest in this building as soon as we brought it to the market from investors. The eventual purchaser is going to occupy the first floor office suites themselves and rent the remainder of the building which are currently occupied. We have seen demand for office buildings coming back over the last couple of months, signs of an improving economy”.
