Raglan House is proving a magnet for businesses with four locating to the Cwmbran property recently and another there renewing leases.
The four new businesses to locate to the refurbished property are Go Groopie, which has taken 500 sq ft; EGB Consulting, 500 sq ft, U-Sure Ltd. 1,000 sq ft and Avon Steel (South Wales) 400 sq ft. Together the four businesses employ a total of 19 people.
The lease renewals are Aneurin Bevan Community Health Council, Morses Club Ltd and Vine Property Management, which has doubled its office space from 500 to 1,000 sq ft.
Haydn Thomas, of agents Hutchings & Thomas Chartered Surveyors, said: “We’re delighted to welcome these four new tenants to Raglan House and also to renew leases for the three others who recognise the property as being an ideal location and operating base for their distinct businesses and concerns.
“Despite the recent flurry on interest we still have a variety of office suites of 500 sq ft up to 2,000 sq ft available on a refurbished basis at Raglan House.
“The modern office building, which occupies a substantial frontage in the well established Llantarnam Business Park, Cwmbran, provides excellent on site parking at a ratio of 4-spaces per 1,000 sq ft.
“Raglan House, which is ideally situated for access to the M4 on a prestigious 110 acre business park, has benefited from recent investment and improvements and also upgrades to its Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliance.”
Raglan House is owned by Deanhill Estates and managed by CNC Property Fund Management.
