One of Derby’s best known development sites has been put up for sale.
Commercial property specialists, Rigby & Co, are promoting the Duckworth Square site, within the Becketwell Development Zone, on behalf of Metropolitan Housing Trust.
The site, which was originally developed in the 1960’s as a shopping centre for Tesco, has now been cleared and occupies a pivotal role within the wider Becketwell Development area, a regeneration priority zone for Derby City Council.
