Goadsby have recently completed three retail deals in the Bournemouth area.
Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of Unit 2, 69-89 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth to 23.5 Degrees Limited (t/a Starbucks), who continue to expand their operation. The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 1,978 sq ft with and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 15 years. The quoting rental was £25,000 pa ex. The quoting rental was £18,000 pa ex.
And on behalf of private clients Goadsby have completed the sale of 1056 Christchurch Road, Boscombe to Mr Jeremy Weitz. The subject premises, occupying an excellent position on Christchurch Road, comprise a ground floor retail premises measuring 553 sq ft. The quoting price was £65,000.
