Coventry City Council have appointed NRS to act alongside themselves as joint agents on 20 new units currently being developed at Lythalls Lane, Coventry.
The new units will form an expansion to the existing Lythalls Lane Industrial Estate, which has been historically well let, and will provide accommodation ranging from 1,356 – 12,750 sq ft. The units will be well placed to cater for the growing demand within Coventry for small industrial units amid an improving local market.
The units will be ready for occupation from December 2015.
