18,200 sq ft (1,690 sq m) has been taken by Lotus Water Garden Products Ltd.

This deal follows the recent letting of Unit 1 Chalcroft to Smith Bradbeer & Company. They have taken a long lease on 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) to facilitate their warehousing distribution needs following the success of their retail store at Hedge End.
Lotus Water Garden Products Ltd, which prides itself on a commitment to British quality, exports products such as pond liners, pumps and purification systems to mainland Europe and further afield to America, New Zealand, Australia and Japan.
Director Jim Marshall admitted a potential business headache was avoided when they were able to move to Chalcroft Distribution Park thanks to the owners at Chalcroft and commercial property consultants, London Clancy.
