Property agents Bond Wolfe have added three new recruits to their expanding operation.
Their arrival comes after the business saw a 25 per cent growth in the most recent financial year, reflecting the sector’s current vitality.
The Black Country-based firm has appointed Richard Horwell as a commercial property agent in the agency department, who joins alongside graduate Charles London. Mr London joins after graduating from Oxford Brookes.
Mr Horwell, from officebroker.com, joins the agency team which focuses on office, retail and industrial property as well as development opportunities. They are assisted by Kate Campbell, who heads up agency administration , having graduated from Chester University.
Paul Warder, meanwhile, arrives as senior asset manager after eight years with Birmingham group REI Plc.
Mr Warder, who will work alongside David Waldron, head of property management, will work out of the West Bromwich head office with Horwell and London.
James Mattin, Bond Wolfe managing partner, said: “We have seen a substantial rise in growth assisted by the upturn in the market.
“We are experiencing a large increase in transactions, notably in the retail, industrial and development sectors. Indeed, we have recently undertaken substantial acquisition purchases on behalf of both national retailers and regional investors, which has further fuelled our development as a recognised business in the Black Country.
“We are conservatively projecting fee income to rise by 50 per cent this year– perhaps more, and this will lead to further recruitment in due course.”
