A leading marketing communications and events specialist has demonstrated its commitment to Cardiff as a location for growth by renewing its lease within ITV Wales Studios at Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff.
Orchard Media and Events Group has 3,061 sq ft of office space on part of the fourth floor of Carlton Communications’ out of town office complex.
DTZ, part of UGL Services, acted on behalf of the Orchard Group, whilst national commercial property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) advised the landlord, Carlton Communications.
Alex Easton, Associate Director at DTZ, commented: “Established as a hub for the media and creative industries, ITV Studios has proven to be a great base for Orchard and we are delighted they have renewed their lease.”
The Orchard Media and Events Group is a £4.5m turnover communications specialist, born out of a merger between two of Wales’ leading names in events and integrated marketing communications, the former Push4 Group and Greenfield Media, who were previous tenants here since 2006.

ITV Studios comprises 65,000 sq ft of self-contained accommodation and is located approximately seven miles from Cardiff city centre and three miles south of the M4 motorway.
