Allianz Park, the home of Saracens rugby club, has opened its doors to a new suite of serviced offices, designed specifically to provide local businesses with flexible contracts and high-end facilities.
The Allianz Park business centre provides 10 luxury serviced offices for hire, with a simple, short-term, renewable license agreement.
The new suites have been created as part of a re-development of the stadium’s existing hospitality suites, in response to increasing demand for flexible office space in the North London area.
Hugh Vyvyan Commercial Director at Allianz Park commented: “We understand that in todays volatile and rapidly changing business culture, businesses need more flexibility and freedom. With that in mind we wanted to create affordable and flexible office accommodation that allows our customers to concentrate on their core business.”
Allianz Park wanted to create self-sufficient suites that could be hired by the desk, or as a business group, depending on the clients’ requirements. Clients simply decide how much space they require and for how long they require it.
“We have created a luxury business centre that welcomes independent and small to medium sized businesses, creating a supportive environment for businesses to enjoy” added Hugh.
The facilities provide all onsite services from reception staff and call handling, to catering and hospitality facilities. Each suite has access to shared meeting room facilities and also benefits from onsite staff, postal services and 24 hour access. Allianz Park also accommodates car parking for up to 300, and businesses can also benefit from special Saracens match day ticket and hospitality packages.
Allianz Park is set within a 26 acre greenfield site, offering beautiful views of the pitch, and the surrounding fields. The site also boasts fantastic outdoor facilities, and perfectly located to access central London, being only 10 minutes from Kings Cross and having 3 major underground stations within a 2 mile radius and only 400 metres from major roadways.
Thanks to these new facilities, Allianz Park will also be looking to attract businesses from further afield who often travel to the area and need to use the facilities, as they provide a great location that is easily accessible to central London.
“Allianz Park already attracts a high level of business through its conference and events department, but with this latest investment, we will become a hub for local and national businesses” said Hugh.
