Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 26 Ilton Business Park which is an end of terrace unit, fitted out with office accommodation and warehousing. The unit had a gross internal area of 43.48 sq m (468 sq ft) plus first floor offices, kitchen and WC facilities. The unit was available at a rent of £6,240 per annum.
Stephen Richards, who heads up the Commercial department for Humberts, comments “we have recently let Unit 17, Unit 20 and now Unit 26 Ilton Business Park which are all small industrial units on this established industrial estate. Ilton Business Park has good access to the A303 and the M5 motorway at junction 25. These lettings show a clear sign of an improving market for commercial property and currently we have a new unit coming to the market (Unit 6B) which will be available shortly at a rent of £7,020 per annum and with an area of 91.8 sq m (987 sq ft) including an office. The unit has a mezzanine storage area of 61.79 sq m (665 sq ft) and we expect the unit to be let quickly due to the increasing demand that we have received over the last couple of months”.
